These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at souluniversity.uk (the "Site") and any products, services, or content offered through the Site, including but not limited to digital downloads, PDF materials, coaching sessions, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Site or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Services.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Digital Products: We sell digital educational materials, including manifestation PDFs and related digital content. All products are delivered electronically via download link or email immediately upon payment confirmation or any other way that allows the purchaser to access the product.

Coaching Services: We offer personal development and mindset coaching sessions. Coaching is guidance and support for personal growth purposes only. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, financial advice, or professional consulting.

2. NO REFUNDS POLICY

All Sales Are Final. Due to the digital nature of our PDF products and the time-intensive preparation for coaching sessions, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not receive a refund if you change your mind

• You will not receive a refund if you are dissatisfied with results

• You will not receive a refund for unused coaching sessions

• You will not receive a refund if you fail to download your digital product

Exception: If you are legally entitled to a refund under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, notwithstanding this clause, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase with proof of your consumer rights.

3. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEED RESULTS

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: The manifestation techniques, methods, and strategies presented in our PDFs and coaching sessions are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Results vary by individual. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or life changes.

Purchasing our products or services does not guarantee that you will:

• Change your circumstances

Your License: Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial use only. You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the PDF

• Share your download link with others

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the material

• Create derivative works based on our content

• Remove copyright notices

Violation constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action.

6. USER ACCOUNTS AND CONDUCT

You agree to provide accurate information during purchase. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any account credentials.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose

• Harass, abuse, or threaten our coaches or staff

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our systems

7. COACHING SESSION TERMS

Scheduling: Coaching sessions must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase or they expire without refund. You must provide 24-hour notice for rescheduling. No-shows forfeit the session without refund.

Conduct: Sessions are confidential. However, we reserve the right to terminate a session if you are abusive, threatening, or make the coach uncomfortable. No refund will be issued for terminated sessions.

Recording: Sessions may not be recorded by you without explicit written consent.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul University® and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, emotional distress, or reliance damages, arising from:

• Use or inability to use our Services

• Any results (or lack thereof) from manifestation practices

• Any coaching advice or guidance received

• Unauthorized access to your personal data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soul University® from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our Services.

10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law principles.

Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts having jurisdiction over the matter.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary while the remaining Terms remain in full force.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Soul University® regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
